Our Homes

Our residential homes provide care and comfort for older people who require assistance with day to day living. Our care is tailored to our individual residents helping provide security, dignity and support so our residents can maintain their independence.

Where we live is important to our happiness and our homes have been created to feel as much like home as possible. We encourage our residents to participate in the daily running of our home choosing meals and activities, personalising bedrooms, and participating in local and current affairs. We recognise too that all our residents are unique, and it is those special qualities that means we have loved getting to know our residents for over 20 years.

Our person-centred approach and relaxing homes ensure our residents feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Our care is personalised and our care home managers help create a care plan that promotes independence, dignity, choice and well-being in every aspect of daily life. We encourage our residents to enjoy company, laughter and friends over a home cooked meal freshly prepared daily. Our menus are created from resident feedback supporting residents with dietary requirements, meal choices and encouragement.

We are on hand to answer any questions and we recognise the importance of family and friends to the people we support. We offer a warm welcome to all our residents and families and look forward to meeting you and your loved ones.

It is our mission to be the first-choice care home for families by working within the outstanding teams of health and social care professionals within our communities. We work with the Local Authorities and NHS Trusts to ensure we are delivering the kindest possible care to older people on both a permanent and short-term basis.

A Home from Home

Our homes are in the centre of their communities with the joys of being at home on the Fylde Coast. Whether that’s a walk to the park, an ice cream on the front or a visit from the local schools and nurseries our homes are just a short distance from cafes, parks and shops.

We encourage our staff teams to get to know our residents and listen to stories and share important memories often over a coffee and a biscuit. We recognise that taking the time to be with our residents makes a happy home.
